The Faculty of Communication and Public Relations welcomes incoming students at all academic levels including bachelor’s, master’s and PhD students (offering mentorship opportunities). Undergraduate students are may choose classes included in our English taught BA program, meanwhile graduate students are provided with four MA programs taught in English.

The Communication and Emerging Media Bachelor's program is designed to prepare students for the dynamic demands of today’s media landscape. With the rapid development of mobile technology, diverse media formats, and increased connectivity, there’s a growing need for professionals who can communicate effectively, accurately, and strategically across new media platforms. This program combines a global perspective, drawing on curriculum trends from the U.S., Europe, and leading local institutions, to equip students with skills in digital media strategy, multimedia communication, data-driven storytelling, and ethical communication practices.
The Master's program in Digital Communication and Innovation contributes to the training of professionals in the field of digital communication and innovation. It offers fundamental courses for people passionate about working in the digital environment, social networks and other online platforms. The Master's program develops the knowledge and skills needed to overcome barriers to innovation in the online environment, which is undergoing accelerated change related to the rise of Artificial Intelligence and beyond. Students will be able to devise innovative strategies for the digital transformation of communication.
The Master's in Communication and EU Affairs aims to train specialists in this field. The courses are conducted in an interactive, learning-by-doing manner, enabling students to develop the necessary skills to work in multicultural contexts. Partnerships with the European Institute of Romania and the Representation of the European Commission in Romania, as well as direct contact with practitioners and consultants working in the field of European affairs, ensure a successful transition to the labor market.
The Communication and Advertising Master's program provides a launch pad for students wishing to pursue a career in advertising, public relations, marketing or media. Through its interactive course format, the Master’s program encourages critical thinking and project-based learning. An important component of the courses is the initiation of applied research, which, on the one hand, puts to work the theoretical concepts presented in the course and, on the other, develops critical and methodological thinking, essential not only for academic but also for professional excellence.
The Master’s in Project Management is addressed to those who wish to specialize in the management of projects with public and/or private funding, in the preparation and implementation of projects with European funding and to those who are looking for opportunities to professionalize in the field, by aligning with international best practices and/or certification as professional project managers. It has a pronounced applied component, being an essentially professional university program. There is a strong emphasis on learning specific techniques and tools for initiating, planning, monitoring, controlling and closing projects. As a PMI GAC-accredited master's degree, the curriculum and teaching follow the Project Management Body of Knowledge, considered the most widely used and appreciated international project management standard.
