With a solid theoretical background and practical experience in Project and Program Management, as well as Organizational Agility, Simona Bonghez is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Communication and Public Relations (SNSPA) and is the Managing Partner of Colors in Projects, a training and consulting company present in the Romanian market (and beyond) since 2007.
Simona's extensive experience of over 20 years in Project Management (holding three international certifications in project management from the Project Management Institute, International Project Management Association, and UK Office for Government Commerce) combined with her over 15 years of experience in adult education is a personal advantage. She transposes real-world challenges into the courses she teaches within SNSPA's master's programs.
On a global level, Simona is a member of the Board of Directors of the Project Management Institute -Global Accreditation Center.
She holds a doctorate in sociology and is passionate about learning through simulation and role-playing games. Simona is also an accredited trainer in SDI (Strengths Deployment Inventory) and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.
