Livia Speranta Popa, Ph.D. is assistant lecturer at the College of Communication and Public Relations, National University of Political Studies and Public Administration. She graduated the Faculty of Foreign Literatures and Languages of University of Bucharest with the thesis’ Reccurrent Medieval Symbols in Ted Hughs’ Poetry’. The fields she is interested in are semiotics, symbol and Middle Ages Culture. Later. some old interest in the intimate relationship between language and power made her bent on tne Critical Discourse Analysis , having a Doctorate Degree in Communication Sciences with the Thesis’ The Power Discourse in the Global Post-Crisis.’For more than ten years she was a member of the Haiku Literary Circle and is a member of Nicolae Titulescu Foundation.
