Constantin-Alexandru Marin is a PhD candidate in Communication Sciences and an associate lecturer at the Faculty of Communication and Public Relations. An entrepreneur and manager at the core, he leads a major training company in Romania – Ability Development – where he designs and delivers professional training programs for adults in various fields both in Romania and abroad: organizational communication, management and leadership, public speaking, entrepreneurial skills, business coaching, mentoring etc. Positioned at the intersection of the transactional and the transformational, he is guided by the following principles: dedication, connection, and possibility.
