Dan Florin Stănescu is an associate professor at the faculty of Communication and Public Administration, and coordinator of the Laboratory of Social Cognition and Communication of Emotions within the National School of Political and Administrative Studies, Bucharest. He has a doctorate in psychology at the University of Hamburg since 2006 and currently teaches the Strategic Management of Human Resources courses. Organizational Change, Organizational Health, Organizational Counseling, and Communication Psychology. His research interests are mainly focused on areas such as human resource development, the study of emotions, organizational psychology, lifelong learning, and clinical psychology. As a lead psychologist, a supervisor in clinical psychology, work and organizational psychology, and a senior consultant with over 19 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Development, Dan has been involved in numerous research, consulting, and training projects. He is the author and co-author of more than 100 papers published in specialized journals and books and of more than 110 papers presented at national and international scientific conferences.
